"To say that I have enjoyed every appointment I've had at Cornerstone Dental might sound strange, but it's genuinely true. The office is clean and modern and inviting, with water and coffee available in the waiting room along with a large variety of reading material. More importantly, the staff is exceptional. I have never encountered a more kind and welcoming group of employees at ANY doctors/dental office. The women at the front desk are simply the best. Always there to check you in or out with a smile on their faces. The dental staff is informative and gentle. I never have once felt like I was being "upsold" for any services, as I have at other dental offices I've been to. A welcoming greeting when I entered the reception area. The whole office atmosphere was comfortable, clean and pleasant. CDC staff members were very professional, informative, confident and most of all friendly. I truly felt relaxed and at ease in the chair!

Strong Customer Oriented Dentistry
Portnoff Dental is professional customer oriented dentistry. They work hard to greet you quickly, get you in to your appointment on time and ensure your comfort during your procedure. Their office is clean, well staffed and professional. I would definitely recommend their services to individuals or families.

Great Dental Practice
Dr. Portnoff's practice is a great place to go for regular checkups, that is all I know because that is the only reason I have been there for, but I am sure they excel in other branches of dentistry. All in all, a great dental practice.

I have been a patient here for several years now, my wife as well, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, professional, and, unlike many doctor's offices, fully aware of how important your time is. You don't feel like you're visiting the dentist, more like you're dropping in on friends.

Feeling comfortable in the dentist's office?
Dr. Portnoff and staff really go out of their way to make the patient feel relaxed and secure. From the front desk to the chair, they make you feel like you are the most important patient. Consistent High Quality & Comfort
I have been going to this dental office for many years now. I am happy to say that I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen, and I am always greeted with a smile and treated in a warm manner that takes away any trepidation I might have. The staff is always up to date in their knowledge and always concerned with helping me acheive excellent dental health. Best Dental Experience.
Since I was a child, I always hated going to the dentist. When I moved out to Central Mass five years ago, I dreaded finding a new dentist. The Portnoff office was just incredible from the beginning. During my consultation, I could tell this office was different from anywhere I had been in the past. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and it was a very positive experience. I've referred a few friends here already, and every time someone complains about their dentist, I tell them to switch to Traci Portnoff!

Super-dentist and super office
Simpy put, I would not be going to the dentist if your office did not exist. I have phobia about dentist complicated by a history of poor care. Only by developing a long-term relationship with super-understanding, caring, careful people, am I able to go to the dentist at all. My kids and whole family love you and we would not be there if there was a single problem. We have all five come regularly since you opened and agree you are the best dentist we have ever had. (Tanya deserves special mention because she even reminds me to take medicine the day before I come in!) This is a great dentist and she is surrounded by great people. I cannot rate you highly enough.

Very Satisfied Patient!
Dr. Portnoff and her extremely efficient team provide a very pleasant experience each and every visit. I receive great preventative care every six months by an excellent Hygienist and when I have needed a filling or crown, Dr. Portnoff and her Dental Assistant have provided an attentative, comfortable experience. Dr. Portnoff's work is excellent and state of the art. I had a crown in one visit! I highly recommend Dr. Portnoff and her team without reservation. She's provided excellent care to 3 generations of my family.

How a dental experience should be!
Dr. Portnoff's office is everything one looks for in a medical office: professional and friendly front office staff (Tanya), comfortable waiting room, no waiting (to speak of), friendly and personable hygienists (Cari) and more than capable dentists (Dr. Portnoff). I had been with another dentist in town for 20 years, and decided it was time to make a switch. Dr. Portnoff was highly recommended by a family member, so my expectations were high. Everything about my initial visit exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy I made the change. Dr. Traci and all of her staff maintain a standard of excellence at every level, from the warm reception area to the examination and prognosis (and of course the dental work itself!), and to the payment process by: keeping a patient-sensitive pace, respectfully listening to (and accommodating) my issues. The staff is clearly team-oriented, respectful, kind, and personable among themselves and also toward their patients. The environment is clean, bright, and inviting. Did I mention my crown and filling are perfect??!!

Fantastic Dentist and Fantastic Practice
Dr. Portnoff and her staff have gotten absolutely everything right. Computerized notification systems - cutting edge technology for safe treatment and proactive, preventative screenings - an ultra friendly atmosphere - a very clean environment - and a staff and doctor that take the utmost of time to make sure they've addressed any concerns and questions you had... even those you weren't previously aware that you had ;) However, none of the attention to detail is at the expense of a wait. Really good planning keeps the office running smooth and you're in and out when you're expecting to be. This is the way every office, medical or otherwise, should be run... and the way every doctor should approach the very serious business of tending to a community's health and well-being! Wonderful!

Dr. Portnoff et al
I have been a patient of Dr. Portnoff's for many years. I took a short break when my mother passed away. Upon returning to Dr. Portnoff's office I discovered a few changes in staff, however, the staff was still professional, competent and exceeded my expectations. Each one of Dr. Portnoff's staff go out of their way to make a dental visit a pleasant experience. I leave her office with confidence knowing I am in good hands.
